Host Benefits
- Diversified product offering - can potentially attract new customers
- Generates additional revenue - Host receives a monthly rent for the space or a percentage of turnover
- No initial set-up costs for the Host
- No operational costs to the Host - Partner responsible for staffing, inventory holding, operations and marketing
- Partner performs the initial set-up and runs the Bow-tique store - no operational involvement required from the Host
Agreement Details
- Short term commitment: 12 months
- Minimal space requirement: 3m x 3m space
- Host & Partner agree on store operating times (e.g. Thu - Sun 09:00 to 20:00)
