LITTLE LEADERS GROUP, trading as Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique, is responsible for personal information processed through the Bellies website, the Bellies mobile app and related store operations.

Depending on how you use our services, we may process information you provide such as your name, surname, email address, mobile number, delivery address, order notes, products ordered, order/payment status, payment-provider reference, contact enquiries and other information you choose to submit.

For party bookings, we may also process the booking contact's details, party date and time, venue/package selection, guest counts, the birthday child's name and age, and optional special requests. Special requests may include information such as dietary, allergy or accessibility requirements if you choose to provide it.

For gift vouchers, we may process purchaser and recipient names, email addresses, mobile numbers, voucher value, personal message, voucher code/status and transaction information.

The mobile app does not currently require customers to create a Bellies user account. Cart information may be stored locally on the device so that shopping selections can persist.

Card and supported wallet payments are handed off to PayFast. Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique does not store your full card number or CVV in its database. We store transaction information needed to create and reconcile an order, voucher or party payment, such as amount, payment method/status and payment-provider reference.

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to provide the app and website, create and fulfil orders, verify payments, arrange delivery or collection, manage gift vouchers, process party booking requests, communicate booking or order updates, respond to enquiries, provide customer support, maintain security and transaction records, administer the store and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Where a customer voluntarily subscribes to marketing, the supplied contact details may also be used for marketing communications where lawfully permitted. Customers may ask us to stop direct marketing communications.

We use service providers that support the website and mobile app, including Vercel for hosting/server execution, Supabase for database/storage services, PayFast for payment processing, Resend for email delivery where enabled, and Meta/WhatsApp services for transactional WhatsApp messages where enabled.

These providers process information in connection with the services they provide to us. We do not sell personal information.

Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique uses HTTPS in production, access controls, database row-level security and server-side secrets to reduce unauthorised access. Payment-card entry is handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Bellies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute and business-record requirements. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or de-identified where appropriate and lawful.

Cloud and messaging service providers may operate infrastructure in more than one country. Where personal information is processed across borders, Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique relies on the safeguards and arrangements applicable to the relevant service and South African data-protection requirements.

Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique products and party experiences are family-oriented, but the website and Bellies mobile app are intended for adult customers and authorised guardians making purchases or bookings.

We do not intentionally ask children to create accounts or provide checkout/payment information directly. An adult or authorised guardian may provide limited information about a child when arranging a party, such as the child's name, age and relevant celebration requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about personal information Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique holds about you and request appropriate access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where those rights apply. We may need enough information to verify the request without disclosing another customer's data.

The Bellies mobile app does not currently provide customer account creation. You may still request deletion of personal information submitted through an order, party booking, voucher or enquiry, subject to lawful retention requirements.
