Terms of Sale
These terms explain who supplies your order, how online orders and payments work, and the main conditions applying to purchases through Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique. Your mandatory rights under South African law are not excluded by these terms.

2. Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, images and prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR). Products marked “Price coming soon” are not offered for immediate online purchase.
Availability and inventory can change. Before an order is created, the server re-checks the product, current database price and available stock rather than trusting values stored in the browser.
The checkout shows the subtotal, applicable delivery charge and total before you proceed to payment.
3. Reviewing and placing an order
You can review your cart, quantities, fulfilment choice, contact details, delivery details and final total before continuing to payment. You can return to the cart or leave checkout before payment if you do not want to proceed.
An online order is initially recorded as pending. A browser return from the payment provider does not by itself prove payment.
4. Payment
Online payments are processed through PayFast. Depending on the merchant account and device, available options may include card, Apple Pay or other PayFast-supported methods.
Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique does not store your card number or CVV. An order is marked paid only after Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique verifies the payment-provider notification against the expected merchant, signature and amount.
5. Delivery and collection
Collection has no delivery charge. If Delivery is available, its configured charge is displayed separately before payment.
Order performance timeframe: Within 30 days after the order is received unless a different timeframe is agreed with you.
If a different delivery/collection timeframe is agreed with you for a particular order, that agreed timeframe applies. If goods become unavailable after payment, Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique will contact you and apply the remedies required by law.
6. Returns, cancellation and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable South African law.
7. Transaction records
Bellies Bear & Baby Bowtique stores the order record, ordered items and payment status required to administer the transaction. A payment-confirmation email is sent when configured and after payment is verified. Keep your order number for enquiries; you may contact us to request available records relating to your transaction.
8. Personal information and security
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice. Payment is handed off to a hosted payment provider and the site uses HTTPS in production.
9. Complaints and contact
For an order, complaint or dispute, contact info@belliesbowtique.co.za or telephone 084 299 2153. We will try to resolve complaints directly while preserving any statutory complaint or redress rights available to you.
10. Applicable law
These online sales are governed by applicable South African law. If any term conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right prevails to the extent of the conflict.
